A mobile app for a small clinic to manage appointments, patient records, and prescription history.
The Problem
A clinic with two doctors was using paper registers for appointments and patient records. Finding a patient's history meant flipping through months of entries, and appointment scheduling was done over phone calls with frequent double-bookings.
What We Designed & Built
A mobile app for the clinic staff with digital patient records, appointment scheduling with conflict detection, prescription templates, and automated appointment reminders via SMS. The app works offline and syncs when connected.
Architectural Insights & Outcomes
Healthcare data needs careful handling. The app stores minimal personal information and all data stays on the clinic's own database. Offline-first was essential because the clinic area has intermittent connectivity.
Note: This is a concept project demonstrating the mobile app service. Real metrics will be added when the project is delivered.
