We only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when filling out our contact form or reaching out directly:

• Your contact information (WhatsApp number, phone, or email)
• Details about your software project (type, timeline, budget, message)

We do NOT use invasive tracking cookies, pixel trackers, or third-party advertising scripts.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to respond to your project brief, provide a proposal, and coordinate communication regarding your inquiry. We never sell, rent, or trade your contact details to third parties for marketing.

4. Data Storage & Security

Inquiries are stored securely on our database (Supabase) with Row Level Security enabled. Only authorized personnel have access to incoming briefs.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To request deletion, simply email us at hello@thehighsky.com and we will permanently remove your records within 48 hours.
